Business name, contact details, bank account information for payouts, product inventory details, and performance metrics.

For Riders:

Identity verification, vehicle details, real-time geolocation (while on shift), and delivery performance history.

2. How We Use Your Information

Primary use cases include:

  • Managed Logistics: Coordinating between Sellers and Riders for time-sensitive "handled-with-care" deliveries.
  • WhatsApp Integration: Using your provided number for real-time order updates, verification, and support coordination.
  • Surprise Logic: Managing "Discreet Delivery" flags to ensure the recipient is not prematurely notified.
  • Financial Integrity: Managing Seller wallets and Rider payouts within our ledger system.

3. Data Retention & Public Content

Digital proposals and interactive greetings created via our platform generate unique, shareable URLs. While cryptographically signed, these pages are accessible to anyone with the link. We retain these assets to ensure your "Wow" moments remain accessible for as long as you maintain your account.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We share only necessary information with our fulfillment partners (e.g., sharing a delivery address with a Rider). We may disclose information if required by the laws of Pakistan or to protect the safety of our ecosystem.
