Welcome to Quick Surprise! We provide a managed ecosystem for digital expressions and physical gifting experiences. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms. If you are a Seller or Rider, additional role-specific agreements found within your respective portals also apply.

1. Roles & Scope

  • Customers: Users who create digital content or purchase gifts.
  • Sellers: Third-party artisans and vendors who fulfill physical product requests.
  • Riders: Independent logistics partners who perform "Handled-with-Care" deliveries.

2. The Managed Experience

Quick Surprise facilitates "Surprise Logic." This means:

  • Discreet Delivery: We may purposefully withhold delivery status from recipients to maintain the "Surprise" factor, unless otherwise instructed.
  • Digital Content: You are solely responsible for ensures you have the rights to use any photos or messages uploaded for digital proposals.
  • Build A Box: Custom hampers are assembled based on your specific inventory selections. Minor substitutions of equal value may occur if seasonal stock (e.g., specific flowers) is unavailable.

3. Payments & Financials

All transactions are in PKR. Orders are finalized only after verification via WhatsApp. For Sellers, payouts are managed through the internal Wallet system and are subject to verification of successful delivery and packaging quality.

4. Cancellation & Quality Guarantee

  • Perishables: Cakes and flowers cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun (typically 12-24 hours before delivery).
  • Custom Requests: Bespoke decor or sourcing requests are non-refundable once procurement has started.
  • Quality Hand-off: If an item is damaged during Rider transit, we will facilitate a replacement or refund after reviewing the evidence.

5. Conduct & Liability

Users must not use the platform to harass, defame, or send unsolicited adult content via digital proposal links. Quick Surprise is a platform for love and affection and reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this core spirit.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Lahore.
