Quick Surprise provides specialized "Handled-with-Care" logistics. We prioritize the emotional value of your delivery, ensuring surprises remain surprises.

1. Delivery Zones & Coverage

We currently offer premium delivery services primarily in Lahore, Pakistan. This includes all major residential and commercial sectors. Delivery to outskirts may incur additional distance-based charges as calculated during checkout.

2. "Stealth Mode" Surprise Logic

Standard delivery practice involves calling the recipient to confirm location. If you select Discreet Delivery, our Riders will coordinate solely with the sender or a designated contact person to ensure the surprise is not spoiled. The sender is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the item at the destination.

3. Handle-with-Care Logistics

Sensitive items like tiered cakes or delicate flower arrangements are transported via specialized Rider protocols. In the event of transit damage, our "Resolution Guarantee" ensures a replacement or refund is processed after immediate verification.

4. Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time are eligible for same-day delivery for standard catalog items. Custom builds and highly specific requests may require a 24-48 hour lead time.

5. Tracking and Communication

Real-time tracking is available via your Customer Dashboard. Additionally, you will receive automated updates via WhatsApp when the Rider is out for delivery and once the "Moment" has been successfully delivered.
