Refund and Return Policy

At Quick Surprise, we strive for perfection in every gift and proposal. Given the personalized and perishable nature of our offerings, we have established the following guidelines for refunds and returns.

1. Perishable Goods (Flowers, Cakes, Food)

Due to the nature of perishable items, they cannot be returned. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if:

  • The item was damaged during transit by our Riders.
  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The delivery was missed or delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe for the event.

Note: Claims for perishable items must be made within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence via WhatsApp.

2. Digital Products (Proposals, Greetings)

Digital products are considered "used" upon delivery or once customization work has started. No refunds are provided for digital products unless there is a technical failure on our part that prevents the content from being accessible.

3. Custom Orders & Bespoke Gifts

For custom items (personalized posters, specific sourcing requests), cancellations are only accepted if the sourcing or production process has not yet begun. Once production starts, these items are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. For cash/bank transfer payments, we will coordinate the return of funds via your original payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer).
